Saperavi - dry vintage red wine made from Saperavi grape variety. The aroma of wine is felt strong notes of blackberry, prunes, dried black currants, blueberries and vanilla, with the presence of notes of tobacco. The taste of wine - rich dense, with sweet black dried fruits and berries. The finish is long and spicy.
Grapes for wine production are harvested at the end of September manually. Fermentation of wine is carried out on natural yeast present on the grape skin. After fermentation, the wine is aged in qvevri clay jugs, then in new French oak barrels for further ripening.
